LEMON BAKED CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken, skinned
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley

Combine all ingredients in 3 quart dish. Put chicken in and marinate for 1 hour or more in refrigerator. Stir occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake, covered, in oven for 1 1/2 hours.
