SALMON MOUSSE 
1 env. plain gelatin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. slice of onion
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (1 lb.) can red salmon
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 c. light cream

Put gelatin into blender. Add lemon juice, slice of onion and boiling water. Cover and blend on high speed for 40 seconds. Add mayonnaise, salmon, paprika and dill weed. Cover and blend on high speed until mixed. Gradually pour in cream. Blend again for 30 seconds and turn off motor immediately. Pour into 4 cup mold and chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce or some attractive garnish.
