TANGY ASPARAGUS | |
1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus 2 tbsp. butter 1/8 tsp. garlic salt 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, light 2 tbsp. horseradish 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/8 tsp. pepper If fresh asparagus, cook 6-8 minutes. Place in greased dish. Melt butter and add bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Lightly brown bread crumbs. Mix sour cream and horseradish, pour over asparagus. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
