1 lb. bag Oreo cookies, crumbled
2 1/2 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
16 oz. Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes French vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. sugar

Combine pudding and milk and set aside. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Mix well and set aside. Combine pudding cream cheese mixture and Cool Whip; mix well.

In deep dish put a layer of crumbled Oreo's on bottom and cream cheese mixture alternately ending with cookies on top.
