POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
8 oz. pkg. grated sharp cheddar cheese
16 oz. carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 - 1 c. chopped onion
Salt & pepper

TOPPING:

3/4 stick melted butter
Crushed potato chips or corn flakes, enough to cover casserole

Combine cheese, soup, sour cream, onion and seasonings. Mix with frozen potatoes. Place in ungreased 9"x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Pour melted butter over top of chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
