SPRING ROLLS 
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced or mashed
3 c. shredded zucchini
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. won ton skins

Brown beef in oil. Add onion and garlic, cook 1 minute. Add zucchini and cabbage, cook 2 minutes. Mix together soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook stirring constantly for 1 minute. Cool. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture on each won ton skin. Fold into envelopes sealing with 1 beaten egg. Fry envelope side up until golden brown. Dip in Sweet & Sour Sauce.

SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:

1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. sugar & wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce & chili sauce
1/2 c. reg. strength chicken broth

Cook stirring until thickened.
