STIR FRY PORK 
3/4 lb. boneless pork
3 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. water
2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 med. white onion
2 stalks celery
1 green pepper
3 sm. tomatoes
Cut all veggies in 1" squares
We like rice with main dish

Cut pork into thin strips. Combine 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce, garlic and sugar. Then stir in pork. Let stand 15 minutes.
