1 stick butter
1/2 bag semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 bag milk chocolate
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) Crispix cereal
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Melt first 4 ingredients together and pour over the Crispix cereal and cover well. (Use large bowl.) Pour 1 pound confectioners' sugar in large paper bag. Add above mixture and shake until well covered.
