PEPPER STEAK WITH RICE 
1 1/2 round steak
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1 clove garlic (or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder)
2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2-3/4 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, cut in strips
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 fresh tomatoes, cut in 8ths

Cut round steak into 1/2 inch strips and fry in pan with butter. Cover with water, paprika, garlic, and cubes. Simmer for 1 hour. Dice onions and cut pepper. Stir into meat mixture. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Blend cornstarch, water and stir into mixture. Cook stirring for 2-5 minutes. Add tomatoes and stir gently. Serve over hot rice.
