MANICOTTI 
3 lb. beef
Pkg. manicotti
2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
16 oz. lg. curd cottage cheese
4 (8 oz.) cheddar cheese
4 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
1/2 sm. onion; optional
1 egg
1 piece of bread, shredded

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Fry beef and drain grease. Boil manicotti shells and cool them. Add garlic salt, salt, and pepper to beef and mix. Add cottage cheese, 4 ounces cheddar cheese, 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese, egg, and bread to the beef mixture.

Pour 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a large cake pan. Stuff manicotti shells with beef mixture and place in the pan. Pour all the rest of the cheese on top of the stuffed shells and the remainder of spaghetti sauce on top. Put foil over it and place in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until cheese melts.
