1 bunch spinach
1/2 c. gold raisins
2 chopped pippin apples with lemon juice
2 green onions, chopped fine

DRESSING:

1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
3 tsp. curry
1 tsp. dry mustard
5 tbsp. chutney
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar

Toss together salad ingredients. Mix dressing and pour on salad.
