ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1/2 green pepper 1/2 med. onion Salt and pepper to taste 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can ranch style beans 1 can Rotel tomatoes 12 floured tortillas 1 lb. sliced Velveeta cheese Brown hamburger, pepper, onion, add salt and pepper. Line a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish with 6 tortillas. Layer the meat mixture over this, next a layer of cheese, repeat layer. Mix the soup and tomatoes and spread on top of this and the rest of the cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
