SPINACH SALAD | |
1 pkg. fresh spinach (wash, drain, tear) 1 lb. can Chinese fancy mixed veggies (drained) 3 hard boiled eggs 1 lb. bacon (cubed, fry, drain, dry) 1 to 2 bundles green onions (sliced) 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce 2/3 c. sugar 1/4 c. vinegar 1 med. onion (grated) Mix spinach, Chinese veggies, hard boiled eggs, bacon and onions in a bowl. Put worcestershire sauce, sugar, vinegar and onion and put in blender. Blend until smooth dressing. Pour on top of vegetables and serve. |
