12 English muffins, split
1 can chopped black olives
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated scallions or chives
Pinch of salt

Mix and spread on muffins. Wrap and freeze. Broil, frozen, until brown and bubbly. Cut into 4 pieces, serve at once.
