VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans veg-all, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed fine
1 stick butter, melted

Spray casserole dish with non-stick coating. Mix vegetables, onion, cheese, and mayonnaise and pour into casserole dish. Cover with crushed crackers and drizzle with butter.

Bake at 350°F until slightly brown but bubbly.
