SAUSAGE STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) roll hot sausage (bulk)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh whole mushrooms with stems
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. Italian seasoning (McCormick)
1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease glass baking pan.

Cook sausage in skillet, drain. Put back in skillet and add cream cheese and melt together well.

Wash mushrooms. Set aside mushroom caps and finely chop stems. Add stems, garlic, Mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning to sausage and blend well.

Stuff mushroom caps with a heaping spoonful of sausage mixture. Place in prepared pan and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes.
