STUFFED RIB ROAST | |
1/2 c. chopped onions 1 clove minced garlic 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. soft bread crumbs 1/4 c. water 1 (5 lb.) rolled rib roast 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 1/2 c. shredded American cheese Tony Chachere's Seasoning Combine onions, garlic, brown sugar, mustard, water, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and seasoning. Spread mixture over unrolled roast. Drain mushrooms and add. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Roll roast and tie securely. Place in baking pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. |
