SPINACH SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) bag spinach, torn
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
10 mushrooms, sliced
5 slices bacon, fried, diced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salad herbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
1 tbsp. salad oil

Mix dressing at least one hour prior to serving salad. Spinach and other ingredients should be tossed with dressing approximately 1/2 hour before serving.
