CINDERELLA CAKE 
4 eggs at room temperature
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter at room temperature
1 c. milk
3 c. sifted flour and sift again
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter. Add sugar gradually. Add eggs one at a time; beat after each. Add milk and vanilla. Add flour sifted with baking powder. Mix well.

Pour into greased 9-inch cake pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

(little cupcakes - 350 degrees for 20 minutes)

(big cupcakes - 350 degrees for 40 minutes)
