QUICK PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (18 oz.) can pumpkin
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Blend all ingredients together in blender or processor. Pour in 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
