CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream corn
6 eggs
1 c. grated cheese, whatever's available
1/2 c. milk
Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
Chopped ham; optional

Mix milk and eggs together well in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir in cheese and cream corn and ham. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until solid in center.

Serve with salad or main dish. Especially pork chops!
