CORN-ROTEL CASSEROLE 
Fry:

5 strips bacon (pour off some grease)

Saute:

1 lg. onion, chopped

Add:

1 can Rotel tomatoes, chopped

Stir until heated through and pour over in casserole dish:

1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn

Heat in microwave oven until bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
