RAW APPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
4 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream sugar, oil and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Mixture will be thick. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
