CORN LIGHT BREAD | |
2 c. cornmeal 1 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 c. buttermilk 3 tbsp. salad oil Combine dry ingredients; blend in buttermilk and salad oil. Spoon into a lightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pan, let stand 10 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from pan. |
