LIGHT & ZESTY CHICKEN 'N' RICE 
4 chicken breast halves
1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
1 c. uncooked rice
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen veg.
1 can fried onions
1 3/4 c. chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings

Place chicken breasts in 8 x 12 inch dish. Pour dressing over it. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Place rice and vegetables and 1/2 can onions around and under chicken. Combine bouillon and seasoning; pour over chicken and vegetables. Bake uncovered 25 to 35 minutes (until rice has absorbed bouillon). 4 servings.
