LIGHT AND ZESTY CHICKEN 'N' RICE 
4-8 chicken breast halves
1/3 c. bottled Italian Salad Dressing
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 16-oz. bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower (or any combination you choose)
1 can Durkee French Fried Onions (2.8 oz.)
1 3/4 c. chicken bouillon
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
