PRISCILLA'S CARROT CASSEROLE 
12 carrots
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. instant onions
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs, seasoned

Pare and slice carrots into sticks, cook and drain. Make cream sauce using all ingredients except cheese and bread crumbs. In a buttered casserole dish layer carrots with cheese slices ending with carrots. Pour sauce over all and sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
