1 c. whole milk
4 c. sugar
25 lg. marshmallows, halved
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. semi-sweet milk chocolate chips
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. milk chocolate chips

Boil first 5 ingredients 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate one package at a time. Stir in nuts. Pour into 13 x 9 pan and chill.
