STROGANOFF LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
Onion
1 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1 env. stroganoff sauce mix
1 loaf French bread
Grated Cheddar cheese
Black olives
Tomatoes, sliced

Brown hamburger and onion. Stir in water, sour cream and seasoning mix. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Slice French bread into two halves. Spread 1/2 meat on each half. Put tomatoes, olives and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. Can freeze ahead of time.
