FAVORITE FRIED MOZZARELLA 
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Slice cheese into sticks, 1/2 inch thick. Coat with flour. Dip in eggs and crumbs to coat. Arrange on waxed paper lined plate. Chill for 1 hour. Fry in deep oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve immediately.
