MARCELLA'S POTATOES 
6 medium potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
3 c. chopped green onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cover potatoes with salted water. Cook until tender. Cool slightly. Peel and coarsely shred. Set aside.

Combine butter, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, salt and pepper.

Bake in a shallow 2-quart baking dish at 300°F for 25 minutes.

Serves 8.
