CYNDIE'S AWESOME FRUIT PIZZA 
I arrange the fruit in different designs to match the season or holiday. It's always a big hit. Plus it is fun having people guess what the topping is... they never know it's yogurt!

1 (20 oz.) pkg. sugar cookie dough (your favorite)
1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 (6 oz.) tub yogurt w/ fruit on the bottom (I use strawberry)
2 pints strawberries, sliced
3 kiwis, sliced
2 bananas
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges
blueberries, for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spray 16-inch pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Press cookie dough evenly on pizza pan.

Bake at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden and set. Allow to cool before starting next phase.

In a mixing bowl combine whipped topping and yogurt. Stir until mixed. Mixture will stiffen up. Spread over completely cooled cookie crust. Arrange fruit on top (may substitute other fresh fruits).
