WATER CHESTNUT DIP 
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley (fresh)
3/4 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Chill. Serve dip with potato chips or crackers.
