HOLIDAY SPAGHETTI 
4 slices bacon
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 lb. ground beef
2 (303) cans tomatoes
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Parsley
1 c. minced onion
3 tbsp. hot drippings
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
8 oz. cooked spaghetti
Grated mild cheese

Fry bacon. Saute onion, green pepper, mushroom in hot drippings until onions are yellow. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add remaining ingredients and heat. Pour into well greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with grated mild cheese.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot garnished with crisp bacon and parsley. 12 servings.
