SHRIMP DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 tsp. bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. celery, chopped
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
4 cloves garlic
2 sweet gherkins (pickles)
1 lb. boiled shrimp

Beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise and milk. Set aside chopped onions, bell peppers, celery, parsley, garlic, pickles and shrimp. Combine with cheese, mayonnaise and milk. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with your favorite chip or crackers.
