HAMBURGER STEW 
1 lg. potato
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 lg. onion
1 box green peas (early June)
1 lb. ground beef (browned and drained)
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Layer in crock pot in order of listing. Salt and pepper each layer to taste. Cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours.
