GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (or Romano)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/3 c. melted butter

Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in plastic bag. Moisten potatoes with water, shaking off excess. Shake a few at a time in the bag. Pour melted butter into a baking pan. Place potatoes in pan in a single layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour until golden. Turn once.
