ICE BOX BISCUITS 
1 c. shortening
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. sugar
2 yeast cakes
1 c. cold water
2 eggs
1 tbsp. salt
6 c. flour

Cream shortening and sugar. Add boiling water and cool. Add yeast and cold water, then eggs (beaten). Add flour and salt. Place in cold place (refrigerator) overnight. Put in greased tins, using 3 small balls of dough per biscuit. Let rise 2 hours, approximately. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
