IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. taco seasoning
1 (3 oz.) can green chilies, drained and chopped
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 sliced tomatoes
1 c. shredded Monterey or Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease deep dish pie plate (10 x 1 1/2 inches). Brown onions and meat. Drain. Stir in the taco seasoning. Spread the meat mixture in the greased pie plate and top with the green chilies. Beat milk, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth. Pour in the plate on top of the chilies.

Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with sliced tomatoes and cheese. Put back into oven and bake until you can insert a knife and it comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese.
