HSIN - MIN SHRIMP 
1 lb. raw shrimp
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sherry
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. peanut oil

Peel and de-vein shrimp. Mix ingredients well; pour over shrimp and refrigerate 4-6 hours.
