THE COCONUT CAKE | |
1 box white cake mix 1 can (8.5 oz.) coconut milk 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 med. size Cool Whip Mix cake mix according to directions on box, bake. After you bake it, poke holes in cake while hot. Pour small can coconut milk in the holes of cake, then pour can of Eagle Brand milk in holes, too. Let cake cool. Take tub of Cool Whip and spread over cake. Then sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate. Will not freeze. The coconut milk is under the brand name Coco Lopez. It's called Real Cream of Coconut. May be found in area of ice cream toppings or where you buy things for mixed drinks in grocery stores. |
