TIJUANA TORTILLA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can diced chilies (seeds removed)
1 pkg. taco or burrito seasoning
Flour tortillas
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion; drain. Add other ingredients, except cheese. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Place 1/2 cup of mixture in a 9x13 inch pan. Place a layer of tortillas on top; add more mixture, then a layer of cheese. Repeat layers. Bake in 350 degree oven 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Top with some sour cream if desired.
