2 tbsp. bacon fat 1 1/2 lbs. shredded cabbage 2 tbsp. half and half 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar Salt Pepper Heat fat in 10" skillet. Add cabbage. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until light brown. Cover and cook about 5 minutes. Stir in half and half and lemon juice. Heat only until hot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. |
