RED PEPPER PASTA 
5 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. vodka
1/4 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
1 1/2 c. crushed Italian canned tomatoes
3/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. rotelle noodles (cooked & drained)
3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
6-8 sliced sweet Italian sausage (cooked on grill or broiled)

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add vodka and red pepper flakes, simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and cream; simmer covered for 5 more minutes. Season with salt. Mix sauce with pasta and sausage, sprinkle with cheese.
