PUMPKIN PIE 
2 qt. milk
8 egg yolks, beaten
4 c. sugar
8 tbsp. flour (rounded)
1 c. Carnation milk
1 3/4 c. pumpkin
pinch of salt
2 tsp. pumpkin
pumpkin pie spice
cinnamon

Scald 2 quarts milk and add to the rest of the ingredients, except cinnamon. Beat egg whites and put in last. Pour into 4 unbaked pie crusts and sprinkle with cinnamon. Have oven at 400°F; after 10 minutes, turn down to 325°F.
