PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c pumpkin
2 c canned milk
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt

Cook 20 minutes, stirring at all times. Remove from heat and add 2 beaten egg yolks. Return to heat and cook 2 more minutes. Put in pie shell and let set.
