CORN PUDDING 
2 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen corn
8 oz. whipping cream
8 oz. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. MSG
6 tsp. sugar
Pinch cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. flour

Combine all ingredients, except last 2. Bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Blend butter and flour and add to corn mixture. Mix well. Remove from heat. Put into casserole with Parmesan cheese and broil.
