COOKED CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 pkg. cranberries (12-16 oz.)
4-6 apples, med.
1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
Juice of 1 orange to fill a cup of water
Grated peel of lemon rind
Cinnamon stick

Clean cranberries. Peel and cut apples. Add sugar and liquid and other ingredients. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and cook 8 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick to serve...hot or cold. Keeps a long time in refrigerator.
