MICROWAVE BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. instant bouillon 1/4 c. hot water 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. sour cream Crumble ground beef into 1 1/2 quart casserole; add onion. Microwave 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is cooked. Stir to break meat into pieces; drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave, covered, 7 to 8 minutes or until heated through. Serve over prepared noodles, spaghetti, elbow macaroni or small shell macaroni. Serves about 5. |
