MICROWAVE BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. instant bouillon
1/4 c. hot water
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream

Crumble ground beef into 1 1/2 quart casserole; add onion. Microwave 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is cooked. Stir to break meat into pieces; drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Microwave, covered, 7 to 8 minutes or until heated through. Serve over prepared noodles, spaghetti, elbow macaroni or small shell macaroni. Serves about 5.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
