PINEAPPLE FILLING | |
1 can pineapple, drained 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch (might take 3) Take the juice. Add 1/2 cup sugar. Cook over stove. Let boil, then add 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons cornstarch or it might take 3 tablespoons depends on how thick you want your filling, then spread over dough. While cooking the juice mixture, let boil with cornstarch to get thick first before putting on dough. Then let cool for 5 minutes before putting on dough. |
